How long are waiting before you eat

Diabetics NEED to eat within an hour of waking up or blood sugar will continue to rise - that's "normal" and for non-diabetics whose systems work perfectly, they can get away with not eating - not us

It's called the dawn phenomenon. Everyone experiences it. Hkc can explain better then me. He posted some info about it yesterday, as another team member asked the same question. Best wishes to you.
