I usually test in the morning & if I feel off, I’ll further test throughout the day when needed.

1440 times a day 😁

I wear the Libre2 CGM and it sends a reading to my phone every minute

When I was "stick testing" I always tested my Fasting Blood Sugar, that is a key reading for clinical purposes and then I tested 2 hours after (post-prandial) eating my "most carb intense meal" to access whether I'm still "eating to treat"

With those two numbers, averaged by the (app) it calculated my A1C pretty darn close, so readings twice a day, at those instances, seemed to be perfect for me to monitor my average BG
