Any time is fine as long as you make it a habit

Once a day insulin works for 24 hours so it doesn't work better or worse based on the time you take it but if it is at 8pm then make that "your time" because it will be wearing off by 8pm tomorrow so you don't want to "shoot it" at different times every day

If "supper time" works "for you", go for it - that is perfect

- Timing: Long-acting insulin is usually taken at the same time each day. If you take it at night, ensure it's around the same time daily.
- Consistency: Consistency is crucial. If you take it at 16h30, try to stick to that time every day.
- Consult Your Doctor: Always follow your doctor's advice on the exact timing and dosage.

If you have any concerns or need adjustments, it's best to discuss them with your healthcare provider.
