Sometimes I do two meals a day with a protein drink for a third meal.

I don’t go that far but rather, imbibe two meals a day plus breakthrough liquid based carbs between 2-4pm.

Since implementing this system, average daily glucose has declined
10-11mil/dec. in both 30 to 90 day intervals.
