For me it happens at least 1x per hour for 20-30 minutes.

I've been on testosterone killers, off and on, for most of the last 7 years. I have almost zero sex hormones currently. 0.02-0.05.

I have what I would describe as MAN opause on steroids. I boil for 20-30 minutes. I freeze for the next 20-30 minutes. Then repeat, repeat, repeat 24/7/365.

I had everything surgically removed, 7+ years ago. I am currently in my 9th treatment. It keeps metastisizing.

But this is just a minor inconvenience or irritation.

I have bone scans and bone densities done every year. My bone density has decreased every year. I have currently crossed over to the osteopenia level. Another minor inconvenience or irritation.

I'm not concerned about these little things.
I've got this.

Instant sweating during the day, even in moderate temperatures, can be related to diabetes. High blood sugar levels can cause nerve damage (neuropathy), which affects sweat glands, leading to excessive sweating. Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can also trigger sudden sweating as your body releases adrenaline to compensate. If this happens frequently, consult your doctor to adjust your diabetes management plan.
