Hey guys it's recommended to eat 1 hour after getting up, it helps with spikes so our livers doesn't dump glucose. Test before eating, and 2 hours after first bite.

I say eat a 15 carb meal. Then check your 2 hour number.

Your blood glucose numbers should be more in line.
