Weight Loss

A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭
Roodepoort, Gauteng

I find it so strange that after my diabetes diagnoses in March, i obv relooked and adjusted my diet. I eat much more healthier now than ever, but I don't lose weight. I know one of my bipolar meds has a risk of weight increase, but for the past year my weight stayed constant with a 1kg up or down over time. Any suggestions? I'm 63 years old and read that the older you get the more difficult it is to lose weight. I'm 10kgs overweight and would love to lose it.
