Weight Loss
I find it so strange that after my diabetes diagnoses in March, i obv relooked and adjusted my diet. I eat much more healthier now than ever, but I don't lose weight. I know one of my bipolar meds has a risk of weight increase, but for the past year my weight stayed constant with a 1kg up or down over time. Any suggestions?
