I'm struggling with depression and anxiety on top of the stress of caregiving for my dad. I havent been treating my diabetes for the last 2 years and recently I have started getting repeating skin infections. This last trip to the urgent care they took my bloodsugar after I told them, and it was 356 😭. I need help but everything is so overwhelming right now. I just don't have the energy to deal with this all right now but I know I need to. Hoping some easy meals will help. Ty in advance.

My A1c Was 6.4. The Dr Said That I Was Managing It Well But That I Really Got Out Of Control & I'm Afraid To Go To The Dr. Gained Weight.
