Looking For Healthy Breakfast Ideals, Lunch Ideals As Well.
I work overnights five nights a week Mondays to Fridays
12 am to 8 am so my meals are a little different. I take my insulin and other medications at lunch 12:30 pm and bed time is
1:30 pm to 2 pm. I usually wake up at 9:30 pm leaving home at 10:30 pm. So I usually pack my work lunch when I get home in the morning, portion control work lunch. Nothing heavy for work lunch because no sleeping on the job for me.
I appreciate any help you can give.

The various drugs are separated into 4 Tiers
The only Tier 1 drug is Metformin – why is it prescribed first?
Because it allows the patient to do their part, start eating better, lose some weight and exercise which will limit the “self induced”… read more

How About A Different Question Today? What Field/discipline/job/career Did You Study For Post Secondary If Anything?
I thought of this question from a number of posts where particularly new members come here asking for "medical advice" when we are simply a support group
During an Ambassadors meeting the other day a pertinent subject came up as well where the AI Bot uses information posted in the group along with whatever (medical) source to formulate an answer to a question asked
Now I know a fair bit about diabetes - grew up around it and took an interest and do a lot of reading - mostly university and… read more
