careful with exercise while your blood sugar is high, as it can cause it to go higher! stay away from those carbs as much as you can and eat protein and veggies!!!

drinking water can help lower before you eat and a brisk 10 - 15 min walk i find and i find a few raspberry's help bring mine down

Peanut butter seems to help drop my levels. Use all natural it has no added sugar or salt.
