What Are Good Snacks For Diabetic?

I like a piece of cheese, some nuts especially almonds or fruit such as a few strawberries,blueberries or raspberries( they do not raise my levels as much), kale chips, baked garbanzo beans until crunchy and of course the old stand by raw veggies(cauliflower, broccoli, celery). hope this helps,oh yes I forgot to mention hard boiled eggs.

After dinner, I don't have a snack. I go to bed. On the weekends I will rather drink water or decaf tea or a boost glucose control balanced nutritional drink after 11pm if I'm awake.
