I don't think Cinnamon is overrated. It helps me and I know one person that was a light diabetic that stopped his RX pills all together after his BS came down from Cinnamon. It needs to be Ceylon Cinnamon. I have also experimented with Apple Cider Vinegar at night and it seems to help too.
