I am never hungry for sweet-tasting things at night usually so I would never think of eating fruits.

Funny it said you were responding to a post I made but I did not post anything about eating strawberries at night. But I personally would not. It is a fruit but it has fructose, a sugar fruit makes and sugar is sugar so, I wouldn't eat it at night especially without something to slow down the breakdown of the sugars such as a fiber or some or yogurt.
