check to see what carbohydrates are in your diet. Cut down on white bread,sugary drinks.
Add chayote,okra and bittermelon on your veggie list. Try a cup of green tea by mid-morning when you start feeling tired. Drink lots of water and also don't forget to exercise.
You should be able to bring down your blood sugar to under 10..
