Look at your total diet. If you are still eating high carb it will raise your sugars. Two of the symptoms of high blood sugar is thirst and frequent urination. The color of your urine can indicate if you are dehydrated, you want a pale yellow color. If you are eating low carb, are drinking enough and still feel thirsty see your doctor. He can see what is going on and make any adjustments needed.

Just a pinch of pink salt is all that is needed usually. Are you following a Keto lifestyle? If so, make sure you are getting enough electrolytes. Sodium, potassium and magnesium. Keto requires a lot more of these than a "regular" diet.
