Sorry been brain vacations not into going online or reading nor talking to anybody. Im just not quite myself. I'd like to find (if any) diabetes group maybe making friends someone to talk to. I lives in San Luis Obispo, CA. I sincerely greatful if there's such thing. Thank you. May all of you had a wonderful and Merry belated Xmas. And enjoy the 2022 that all will have fruitful year, be safe and enjoy.
Thanks again for the good advice. I have diabetes too.
In my case often the fbs is higher (nothing I can do about since I am off all diabetic medication since May 28th 2020 (18 months still going strong)
Also I have autoimmune diseases that act up a lot in first 2 hrs of waking up, JRA, OA, Fibro, with hot swollen stiff joints and pain, as the day goes on it improves within 1st 2 hrs of waking up. Also many morning I have GI issue as in nausea.
Example today had fbs 6.3, 3 hrs later prior to my snack I was at 5.3, in my case the fbs is higher then prior to next meal or snack, by end of the day I am often in the low to mid 5's
Very good information! Thank you so much for educating all of us at a level we can all understand!
thank you!! This was very informative!!
