If your weight is "stable" (not rising nor falling) that means you are eating exactly the number of calories you need to function each day

To lose weight you need to reduce your "calories"

Your body doesn't care much if the calories are fat, protein or carbs as far as your weight is concerned - so simply eating "a little less" of whatever you are eating now will result in some weight loss when your body goes to stored body fat to make up the deficit that you didn't stick in your mouth

No special food, no secret recipe - just burn more calories then you consume and the weight will come off
