Are you drinking enough water. Are you drinking at least a half ounce water for every pound of body weight daily. Baby steps.

The phenomenon or high blood glucose numbers when it is hot is usually related to dehydration.

With less fluid in the blood, then your numbers will be higher.

The heat stress can also bump your numbers up a bit.

So it is a bit of a double whammy.

Good luck with controlling your numbers. Baby steps.
