It's A Week Now I'm On Insulin. Do I Have To Feel Tired, And What's The Advice?

Sounds like your numbers are significantly lower than they ran before. Maybe not to the level of a hypo, but if your numbers have dropped close to a hypo level, you will experience hypo symptoms until your body adjusts to those lower levels @A DiabetesTeam Member.
Talk with your doctor immediately. Medicals usually will cut your long acting insulin a little to give your body a chance to adjust, but let your doctors make that call. They might also adjust your quick acting insulin.
Good luck.
