Morning (or Fasting) sugars have almost "nothing" to do with what you ate the day before (or the days before that)

Fasting (overnight/between meal) sugars are made, stored and dispensed by our own bodies and are not related to what we eat - the liver decides how much to release based on the presence of various hormones

So if you have a "morning issue" with your sugars that is a sign that you need meds or more meds to get control of them

There is no effective way to take some action "now" that will effect them tomorrow morning

You can regulate them somewhat by getting more exercise, sleep, reducing stress, healthier diet and if you are not at normal weight, getting there

But those are longer term solutions and if you are high you are causing some damage so it's best to take action to get them under control as soon as possible - so talk to your Doc
