Tingling and soreness in the feet can be symptoms of neuropathy, a common complication of diabetes. Here are some steps to manage it:

- Inspect Your Feet Regularly: Check for sores, blisters, or injuries, especially after a shower or at the end of the day.
- Foot Care Specialist: High-risk patients should see a foot care specialist every three months.
- Footwear: Ensure your shoes are free of debris and fit well to avoid irritation.
- Blisters: If you notice a blister, apply a clean dressing with an antiseptic, stay off the foot, and contact your podiatrist or physician.

For persistent issues, consult your healthcare provider.

You need to see your doctor about it. There are different reasons for tingly feet. One is neuropathy and there are some meds that can help. Good blood sugar control can also help.
