The kind of night sweats you describe "could be" a symptom of low blood sugar - if you wake up sweating (drenched in cold sweat) "and" it's blood sugar related, that is you system waking you up to prevent you from getting lower and going into a coma - if that's what you are experiencing then that is a good thing

But unless you wear a CGM or Flash Glucose Monitor there is no way to rule the low blood sugar in or out as the cause, and night sweats could be caused by a handful of unrelated conditions

The getting up to urinate could also be diabetes related - excess blood sugar in the blood is evacuated by the kidneys resulting in increased urination - happens all day but we get woken at night

Again, that is "IF" it's diabetes related - it could be any number of conditions that cause you to wake up in the night to use the washroom

Talk to your Doc about your concerns - maybe there is an easy fix
