Stop eating the wrong foods

Drink lots of water and do some strenuous exercise if this is an "isolated" reading

If this is somewhat "typical" then get to the Doctor and get some more/new meds prescribed

At that level you are shaving "years" off your life and risking blindness and kidney disease if a heart attack or stroke doesn't take you out first
