Hi...yes I have been taking Throne Berberine for 17 years now and only take them when necessary. I worked very hard to keep my sugars low. So I take Berberine 200 mg. I take Ceylon Cinnamon one in the morning and one at night time ( it helps ). Lots of water between 60/100 ozs daily. Please no sodas, even if it says diet, zero sugars, etc!!!!!!! Have a blessed night ๐Ÿ™.

I take 1000mg of Berberine, which also contains 180 mg of Cinnamon. I take the Alliwise brand, and take it daily. It definitely helps keep my glucose numbers in check.
