Cholesterol (in the body) is the result primarily of eating too much Saturated Fat in your diet

And most Saturated Fats "should be" limited in any diet whether you are totally fine or have a basket load of conditions

For years "THEY" had it wrong - cholesterol in food (like eggs) is NOT the cholesterol in our bodies that cause the problem - the "problem cholesterol" is made by our own bodies when we feed it "crap" (like junk food or heavily processed food containing saturated fats)

So eat the Eggs and not the French Fries or deep fried foods, fatty red meat if you want to help lower your cholesterol through diet

Getting to normal weight (if you aren't there) also lowers cholesterol and normalizes blood pressure as well as making it easier to control blood sugar since your insulin resistance drops with each pound lost

The formula for diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure is not complicated, but most find it just "too hard to do"

Stop eating crap
Lose weight, and
Exercise

If all of us Type 2's had have done that from the start we would be normal weight and healthy, free of diabetes and all the other metabolic disorders

So just live the way you "should have" and were told how to do it since we were kids and you can improve all your conditions
