Hi Elsabe,

I notice with my son when he is not eating the correct food that he loses weight. I am monitoring him closely now and we are trying to keep his sugar levels between 5 - 10 and he has started to gain weight. The doctors told me that if the cells in the body does not get enough insulin when eating then the body cannot absorb the food and the body starts using fat reserves and that is when weight loss occurs.
