I Was Raised With 3 Meals Per Day. Typically I Had Toast Or Cereal For Breakfast, Sandwich For Lunch And A Cooked Meal For Supper.

Therefor I am overweight.

I have a very busy schedule, but since being diagnosed, I eat 5 times a day. My problem is however, that when I finally relax in the evening, I like to munch.

How or what can I do to refrain from munching all the time?

I take an apple in the morning then 2 to 3 glasses of water that detox me.After an hour I eat my oatmeal with blue berries with cinnamon with almond milk.For snack I eat okra grilled with some walnuts, hydrate, it has helped me from eating 5 times too times. I only take carbs once a day
