Absolutely - sustained at that level should be a call to the Doctor or Diabetes Nurse for advice

You can use more insulin, depending on what you use. But increase slowly, like 1 or 2 units at a time. Just keep an eye on your sugar level. So that is does not drop into a low too quickly
