If so long as you eat healthy, then you can eats everything in moderation, but read the food labels first, before you buy a product. And you are allowed 1 cheat day a week if you stick to this rule.

As I age my A1C is staying above 7.0. Since age 70 I really need to lower my carbs. I recently have found adding more protein, especially pork, to my daily diet helps lower my blood sugar.
