Hi Everyone Any Advice How To Loose Weight Hydrate. I Drink A Lot Of Water But I Am Always Dehydrated

If your blood glucose numbers are high, you will be thirsty.

Control your numbers to 4.0(72) to 7.8(140).

Don't chug water.
Sip water.
I sip 5-8 litres water daily. I'm pretty much done with 5-7 litres by 1600 hours. That reserves 1 litre for the rest of the day.

Losing weight is simple.
Portion control.
Eliminate all added sugars in food and drink.
Slowly cut back carbs.
