Inwas Diagnosed As T2 But Im Also On Insulin As Well As The Tablets. So What Do I Classify As Now? Still Type 2?

Sorry but it doesn't .if your T2 diagnosis is correct then you are always T2,just treated with insulin.

It means you have both type 1 and type 2
