Talk to your Doctor and you may want to press for a vascular specialist to take a look and see if they can halt this or at least slow it down

By the time you feel it, it is already an irreversible problem, but you really don't want to let it get worse, so do press your Doctor

I'm also struggling with it. Very painful and highly irritating. I try to keep my feet warm at all times, even in summer when my body is warm. My husband massages my feet before I go to bed at night. Find a physical therapist / physiotherapist who can give you laser of around 830nm wavelength on the arteries and nerves if your feet, plus infrared light, plus vibration of the feet or whole body vibration. I would also advise you to get a Colostrum supplement with a good delivery system, because Colostrum contains IGF-1 , IGF-2, and growth hormones. The IGF-1. in particular is good for diabetes. (Insulin like growth factor - 1) Depending on which country you are in, you may want to look at New Image Alpha Lipid Lifeline Colostrum. Another brand is SDL Colostrum.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards
Rina
