Managing diabetes can indeed be challenging due to its unpredictable nature. Here are some tips from the knowledge base to help you manage your diabetes more effectively:

- Monitor Blood Sugar Levels: Use a continuous glucose monitor to track your levels and avoid spikes or dips. This can help you identify patterns and manage your blood sugar more effectively.

- Set Boundaries: If you feel judged by others, ask for their support or request that they stop offering input. Setting boundaries can reduce emotional eating and help you manage your diabetes better.

- Manage Stress: Stress can increase blood sugar levels. Identify stress triggers and discuss them with your healthcare team to find ways to manage them.

- Talk to Someone: If you're feeling distressed, talk to a healthcare professional or connect with others who understand your condition. DiabetesTeam is a social network where you can share experiences and get support.

- Adjust Your Routine: If you're struggling with your current treatment plan, talk to your doctor about resetting your routine. This might involve new medications or lifestyle changes.

- Education: Take a diabetes education class or visit trusted online resources to learn more about managing your condition.

- Diet and Exercise: Consider making dietary changes and incorporating regular exercise into your routine. These lifestyle changes can help control blood sugar levels.

Remember, it's important to work closely with your healthcare provider to develop a personalized plan that works for you.

Diabetes does not follow any consistent protocol. It is a very insidious disease. One might tell you, Join The Club and be pretty accurate. If there were a way to make everyone's diabetes fall in a line of consistency, the person that discovered that would certainly be a billionaire.
