I learned that u must look after yourself because people who don't have it don't understand it and the problems it causes on your body!

1. Medication, Take your dose.
2. Meals. Not low fat - that's old school. Combine protein, good fats and lots of veggies
3. Movement; Exercise but clever. Body by Science, 5 exercises, 45 to 90 seconds strips blood sugar out of muscels the biggest store of blood sugar and takes 7 days to replenish.
4 Mindfulness. Eating or exercising focus on what you are doing. Exercising - slow movements, Eating - focus on first veggies, the protein then the cabs. Chew slowly. This is what is adding to your overall approach to dealing with your condition.
Works for me. Hope it works for you.

Drinking more than 2 litres of Water per day is healthy for diabetics and eating herbs especially the greens vegetables but avoid greens with startch.
