Sounds like you might have Restless Leg Syndrome (high risk if you are diabetic) coupled with secondary stages of Peripheral Neuropathy (50% of Diabetics experience this complication)

Talk to your doctor and it may be worth getting an opinion from a vascular specialist

Now every "minute" that your Blood Sugar is higher than 7.8 mmols/140 you are adding to the damage that is causing these conditions

There are drugs so you "don't feel it" but nothing to "fix it"

So talk to your doctor - better control is the only thing that will slow this down but there may be various drug options if you do have RLS and Neuropathy and it's becoming irritating
