SAFE?

Nothing you put in your body that doesn't belong there is "safe" they all have some side effects

If instead is your question really "is it worth the potential risk if it works", only you can answer that

If you want a "100% safe way" to lose weight then just stop eating so much

If you are trying to lose weight and it's not coming off that ONLY REASON is because you are still eating too much of "everything"

When you overeat you gain weight

If you eat exactly what you need your weight stays stable

If you want to lose weight you eat less than you need

It really is that simple - body fat doesn't come from outerspace and the "drugs" should only be used if you absolutely can't stop yourself from eating what you shouldn't if weight loss is your goal
