You are dehydrated @A DiabetesTeam Member. Sip 3-5 litres water daily for best hydration.
High blood glucose numbers, make us hit the loo more.
We need to replace the liquid we empty in the loo.

Dehydration results in lower blood volume and higher blood glucose numbers too.

Diabetes itself does not directly lead to low blood in the body. However, managing diabetes, particularly type 2 diabetes, involves monitoring blood sugar levels to avoid hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Hypoglycemia can occur if you don't eat enough, if your medication dose is too high, or if you use too much insulin. Symptoms of hypoglycemia include sweating, dizziness, shakiness, pale skin, headache, hunger, nausea, fast heartbeat, and irritability. It's important to check blood sugar levels often to ensure they are within a normal range.
