You can eat a little dried fruit but beware,it has a high sugar content.Much better to eat berries.

Most fruit is ok in moderation - 1 apple or pear or orange is fine. Berries are usually better and some have anti-oxidants that we could all eat more of

CBD gummies and oil will not effect your blood sugar one way or the other. CBD works on inflammation

So if it gives you some kind of relief for "something else" that could have a positive effect on your blood sugar but taking it "for blood sugar control" is of no value - it does nothing directly
