What Tea Is The Best At Lowering Glucose Levels And Keeping Them At Normal Levels And What Do You Add To It To Sweeten It A Little?
Initially my coffee consumption went from 8 or 10 cups a day (with cream and one sugar) to near zero
I hated the aftertaste of the sweeteners and coffee sans sugar just tasted so bitter that I couldn't choke it down
But my addiction to caffeine won out - drinking 8 to 10 cups a day again with just a splash of 18% cream to change the colour
Now if I get a swig of coffee with sugar in it, it tastes so incredibly foul that I can't swallow it
Moral of the story - most of us hated the taste of Beer with out first taste but choked it down because it was "cool"
Eventually we imprinted that taste - just have to re-imprint the new taste of coffee/tea and "pretend" it's cool at least until we are used to it again 😁
You can always wean your taste buds off sugar and forget the substitutes
I drink decaf tea most of the time green or glack...herbs too...I also use insulin plant powder in my tea.....I use stevia sweetner...from health store...not grocery shelves...I like sweet..it works for me
I wouldn't and don't use artificial sweetener
