hi....I am on insulin...one low dose long acting at night...I use my sleep time as fasting..I try to get 10 hours(at least 8 sleeping)..soI stop eating or drinking anything by 6 pm..when I work it might be later...and dont eat till after my morning reading...which can be5:30 am till 8 am depending on my work hours...Imm not familiar wiht the actrapid...so what I do might not apply...
