Do Those Glucose Watches Advertised Everywhere Actually Work Good Enough?

This question seems to come up a couple times a day

All you have to do is a single "diabetes" search and you get bombarded by the Snake Oil Sellers peddling their Gluco Pro "cure" which is just a capsule full of supplements that "do not treat" or these watches so you don't have to "prick your finger"

The latter has become so prolific (and so potentially dangerous because they just can't measure properly) that the FDA in the US has weighed in on it

Absolutely agree here with Graham. Just research the science; there is currently NO ACCURATE METHOD of testing glucose levels that is not invasive. It is literally impossible to read glucose levels accurately through the skin. O2 level? Yes. Heartbeat? Yes. Glucose? No way, Jose.....

my watch gives me an idea of what my bs is,it can be spot on or off 0-30.the dexcom is not fool proof either.sticking you finger is not fool proof.these are just tools..what's one to do?
