Hello, Any Advice On Cutting Out Sugar. I Have A Terrible Sweet Tooth.

Like any addiction be it Tobacco or Alcohol it's a step by step process

Just tell yourself you are not going to eat added sugar "Today"

Certainly you can stop for ONE DAY right?

And then you do it again tomorrow - make it through that then add another day

You get what I'm saying, right.....

But you have to WANT TO

And if you don't BELIEVE that if you don't stop then Diabetes Complications WILL KILL YOU, then you will likely be unsuccessful

Try and remember WHY you are trying to give up the sugar - isn't YOUR LIFE and mobility worth it?????
