Teeth can be a problem from high blood glucose numbers over time. Get to a dentist and take better care of your teeth.

Insulin has 2 uses in the body.

To get energy into the cells for daily needs, so you can live.

To store excess glucose as fat for future famine times.

If you are gaining weight,
Then you are eating too many carbs.

You are probably eating too many calories too, exercise portion control, cut back on what you are eating.
