You are so lucky that your kidneys recovered - my lone kidney didn't recover after bouts of COVID,norovirus and c difficile, together with antibiotic induced dehydration

Agree - talk to your doctor and you can even ask about having your levels tested during a routine blood/A1C test

Vitamins and Minerals are good for us, but IF we don't need them because our levels are fine we shouldn't supplement (no matter how many articles go on about how good they are for you)

Too much magnesium, potassium or sodium in our system can be downright TOXIC, so test and supplement "if necessary"
