I Don't Trust Dr After They Started Pushing 3 Different Kinds Of Insulin And Metformin

A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

Since he pushed more insulin I quit the insulin and metformin, I cleared the reading obviously they went high but what I found out fast acting insulin did not do anything stayed high Apple Cider Vinegar only works for 1/2 hour.
My question what is a good treatment for lowering blood glucose or blood sugar?

Bruce, you have a serious condition and you need to take it seriously. There's a lot of quackery out there and apple cider vinegar is one of them. My question is, are you mistrusting of medicine in general? Or is it just this particular treatment? Do you need to change your primary care provider? Do you need to see a specialist (endocrinologist)? I would advise you to not trust anyone who says "this will cure" or "treat" diabetes unless that treatment has been verified by careful double blind studies. If you don't know what double blind study is, look it up. Diabetes is a bitch. And to kick its ass, you need to know what you are taking and how it works. This is serious, man.

Hello BruceCampbell my Doctor put me on a Metformin pill and a Diabetic diet and exercise. I took the Metformin followed the diet and got a dog to walk daily. The dog even reminded me daily. It has been a few years now and I lost a lot of weight and my numbers went down. I am trying not to need to take insulin, but everyone is different.

I don't trust MD's, because the one I dealt with more insulin and metform oh and by the way you kidneys are failing. So I found out side affect to insulin and metformin is kidney issues.
The jack ass treat the symptoms not the cause. But if they take there car into a mechanic they expect them to fix the cause with their car, so they can drive into the office and tell people here is you package deal you are diabetic also you have high blood pressure and high cholestrol, so I am going to put you on medication to work on the system not the root cause, but like his car he expected the cause to be fixed, Jack Asses

I am trying Alpha Lipoic Acid, Berberine, Chromium and Liver-GI Detox, I am noticing I have come off the 400+ sugar glucose reading off my Dexcom G7 CGM, down into the 362 - 381 the lowest I have hit is 350, I have gone from 283 down to 260 weight , so something inside of me is working. I have fasted for 29 hours as well. I also have switched to whole foods anything I can hold in 1 hand I have worked with.

I guess my big issue is the foods and fruits, I need to check into more.

I guess if I can work with the Pancreas and give it a swift kick to handle the insulin instead of medication, I am also sleeping better and feeling better.

I am ,I went from 283 down to 262, I eat once a day, I am cleaning up the treadmill area, I am going on a whole food menu, a mixture of Keto Paleo and mediterranean diet. I just need to come down from 400+ it bounces, on the 400 line, that is what I want to bring down.
