I borrowed the following from Roche Diabetes (make the Accu-Chek meters) - they have explained it rather well:

Thank you Graham for another great explanation. I never adjust my night time timing and I sometimes wonder if I should. Though as you say it will work out in a couple weeks. Thank you again. Of course I also think we should pick a time and stick with it🤣😊
