For the best diabetes results that depends on how many carbs your body can handle and still get good numbers, both before meals and 2 hour numbers.

The blood glucose numbers you should shoot for is the nondiabetic range of 4.0(72 usa) to 7.8(140 usa). This has side benefits. If you control your numbers to this range it will arrest diabetes complications and comorbidities right where they are now.

Do this and live your best life with diabetes.

Most diagnosed with diabetes can handle 100-130 net carbs daily. Some can only handle 50 net carbs per day. Some only 20-30 net carbs daily.

Then there is me, even maximizing my carbs, I can only tolerate 5 net carbs per meal.

We are all different and our diabetes journeys are unique and at different stages.

Good luck. Praying for you. Want only the best for you.
