My cholesterol, blood pressure etc all good...im on Glucophage 1000mg. Its coming down slowly...only been 3 weeks.
If I exercise, it comes down to 5.2...but my morning reading is between 8 and 9.8. But from 19 3 weeks ago

It sounds like it is headed in the right direction @A DiabetesTeam Member.

But, yes progesterone is a steroid, as are all sex hormones. Steroids make your blood glucose rise.

It's normal. You might adjust a bit more.
I suggest talking to your doctors and have them watch closely.

You might need medication adjustments.

I think im just very impatient....and very nervous its more than dieet related. But i DO KNOW i did not eat healthy at all...no exercise...so ja. Trying to keep posetive
