They are as safe as any drug which means some will see side effects and some will react really negatively, but if you "need" a drug the benefit outweighs any potential side effect

So far, people who have simply been using them to lose weight, lose a lot of weight UNTIL they stop taking it and then tend to gain back even MORE than the lost - these drugs, designed for "diabetics" are meant to be "taken for life" - it's not some FAD that you go off and on to make up for poor dietary choices
