Both numbers are way too high for good control. Cut your carbs slowly.
Get your meds adjusted.

That is more than close enough

The "standard" is 15% so the reading needs to be within 15% of "actual" to be considered accurate enough to be an approved meter

To illustrate lets say your "true/exact" blood sugar was 260

15% of that 39 points

So "any reading" between (260-39) 221 and (260 + 39) 299 would be considered within the required accuracy

In my example IF your real level was 260 then both your meter and your Libre3 were within 3% of the "actual" and that is incredibly accurate

And that is aside from the fact that a stick test checks sugar in whole blood and Libre3 checks sugar in interstitial fluid (almost like apples and oranges) and at any given minute the two reading will not be the same - one leads or lags the other as the sugar migrates from whole blood to the fluid around the cells
